"Prior to the performing the service I exchanged multiple emails and spoke several times with the owner.  He paid a visit to our home to do an estimate so he was familiar with the site prior to the date of the job.  On the day of the job, David and his team were right on time and performed the demo exactly as I had expected. They also did a great job cleaning up the site as well. The work looks great and most importantly there were no surprises.  "
